Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Daily Stock Take and Physical report to Central Team.
- Organize the layout of the warehouse for optimal space utilization and accessibility.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
Logistics Coordination
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers or branches.
- Work with Central Logistics team to manage shipments efficiently.
- Track and document all shipments, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
Team Supervision
- Manage 3rd Party Staff, providing training and ensuring performance meets organizational standards.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies among team members.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze reports on stock levels, warehouse operations, and logistics performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of products to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and operations to identify and address issues.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Competencies:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
