| Job Description: |
- Find and connect with potential customers through calls, visits, and online platforms.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable sales solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales process including contracts, payments, and after-sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Collect and share market updates, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Work with the team on exhibitions, promotions, and share sales experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Solar industry preferred). Fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for short business trips if required.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); CRM experience is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
