We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our accounting operations. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and expertise in managing teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the accounts team across multiple divisions (AR, AP, Payroll, Cashflow, Inventory, etc.).
• Ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and reporting accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of the accounts team.
