| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly accounts reports.
- Generate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Manage financial transactions using Zoho software.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Support audits with necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with finance team to enhance reporting processes.
- Prepare payroll and manage salary disbursements.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CA or ACCA required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting.
- Software: Proficient in Zoho accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho for financial management and reporting.
- Expertise in creating and analyzing Excel reports for financial data.
- Strong time management to meet reporting deadlines.
- Experience in salary preparation and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in auditing processes and supporting audit requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Knowledge of Dubai tax regulations.
