| Job Description: |
- Regular & effective tour planning and management in terms of time & cost by identifying safe and shortest routes covering maximum sites per visit.
- Timely approvals of tour plans from management for retail outlet visits well in time
- Effective & authentic inspection of retail outlets of respective areas for monitoring product quality, Dispenser measuring accuracy, Company product confirmation, and housekeeping standards.
- Preparing inspection certificates for quality & quantity and submission to the retailer.
- Route planning of designated areas & updating for new commissioned & closed sites
- Timely communication of incidents i.e. product quality suspected / off-spec, outside purchase & product unavailability to concerned company officials for taking immediate necessary actions.
- Retention of suspected samples, submission for further testing for status confirmation & maintenance of record.
- Visit customer sites to attend to quality-related complaints & queries.
- Preparation of tour reports including quality status, quantity accuracy, product availability, and miscellaneous maintenance issues.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly summaries of retail outlets visited.
- Timely adjustment of petty cash consumed for travel expenses.
- Maintenance of equipment in mobile labs & timely calibration
- Inventory management of glassware/consumables & stationery in mobile lab
- Maintaining HSE & housekeeping standards of the mobile lab
- Carry out any other jobs assigned by Incharge Quality Assurance.
