Job Description: |
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, promoting our services, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients.
Promote and explain UMBC’s services in a clear and professional manner.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and performance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a call center or sales role preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for night shift (U.S. hours).
