Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Products and Services: Telesales executives actively persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.   
  • Negotiating Prices: They negotiate prices and offer special deals to secure sales.   
  • Customer Relationship Management: They manage client accounts, remind customers about renewals, and inform them of current offers.   
  • Lead Generation: Some telesales roles involve generating leads by identifying potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques.   
  • Meeting Sales Targets: They are expected to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.   

Key Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.   
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and persuasion techniques are needed to close deals.   
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships is crucial.
