We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in our Tax Consulting division. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with sales tax, VAT, GST, and other tax-related issues in the e-commerce space. Your ability to explain complex tax regulations in a simple and friendly manner will help our clients stay compliant and confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

• Guide clients through tax registration, filing processes, and compliance requirements for various regions.

• Collaborate with the tax consulting team to address client-specific tax concerns or escalate technical issues.

• Help customers understand platform tools related to tax reporting, calculations, and automation.

• Document client interactions and contribute to building a robust knowledge base.

• Assist with onboarding and training for new clients using our tax compliance services or software.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer support, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, or tax consulting.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).

• Familiarity with sales tax, VAT, or GST concepts is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
