| Job Description: |
1. Responsible for handling all kinds of litigation cases, emergencies, etc. that occur in the company, Represent the company in court as the company's lawyer;
2. Drafting, reviewing and filing management of contracts and other legal documents in English;
3. Responsible for the selection, contact and management of outside lawyers for the company;
4. Providing daily legal and compliance advice on the operation of the company's business;
