We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead sales operations, drive growth, and achieve ambitious targets within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management, while thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with regional and company goals, setting clear business targets for Order Bookers, Salesmen, and Display Centers. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate teams to exceed monthly/quarterly objectives.
• Oversee daily sales operations, focusing on boosting target product sales, clearing slow-moving inventory, and conducting market visits to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Conduct 5+ new and existing business visits daily to expand market reach.
• Foster strong customer relationships by resolving issues, collecting feedback, and ensuring service excellence. Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to secure promotional materials and support cross-regional initiatives under the “one team, one goal” ethos.
• Submit detailed daily reports (via digital platforms) and periodic performance analyses to Regional Sales Managers, ensuring strict adherence to reporting protocols. Non-submission will be treated as absence without valid justification.
• Evaluate staff productivity, recommend process improvements, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions. Execute additional duties as directed by senior management to support organizational objectives.
