| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain customer records by updating account information Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (preferred but not always required) Prior experience in customer service is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Proficient in MS Office or relevant software tools Ability to work in shifts (if required) |
