Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies

  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred but not always required)

  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Proficient in MS Office or relevant software tools

  • Ability to work in shifts (if required)
