Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our solar energy solutions and identifying their energy needs.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls and WhatsApp, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy in a simple and compelling manner to encourage customer interest.
• Follow up with leads, build relationships, and nurture potential clients until they are ready to purchase.
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and site visits for interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Experience in telesales or customer serviceis a plus, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
• Strongcommunication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into customers.
• Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital communication tools.
