Responsibilities:

Manage Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to Med Alert services.

Generate Leads: Identify and convert potential leads into customers.

Assess Needs: Evaluate customer needs to recommend appropriate Med Alert solutions.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.

Provide Information: Deliver accurate and detailed information about Med Alert products and services.

Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the Med Alert sector.
