| Job Description: |
Main Responsibilities:
- Training workshop for customers and partners about product technology and service solution
- Provide technical support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
- Provide value-added professional services support for customer
- Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of service partners
- Software upgrade/update implementation of Network devices and NMS
- Provide pre-sales support for testing (POCs),
Requirements:
- University degree in Telecommunications, Computer system, Electronics or equivalent education
- 5+ years working experience in related field, specially on Huawei Products
- Datacom Network Technology: IP Routing and Switching, Security, wireless and SDN.
- Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewall, ACs, APs, NMS, SDWAN solution, Cloud Campus Solution, SDN DCN Solution
- Hands-on experience on planning, designing, Installation, commissioning, migration, version and firmware upgrade of Network devices.
- Customer focused and good communication skill
- Good oral and written communication in English
- Good teamwork spirit and passion for Datacom and SDN technologies
- Independent working and self-learning
- Solution focused.
Minimum Education: Bachelor in any field.
