Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and call.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Follow up already contacted prospects.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Take Ownership of the Sales Department
- Problem-Solving
- Timely Actions for resolution
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Marketing preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer
- satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills & Convincing Power.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Punctual and Confident.
- Self-starter with high Motivation
Job Details:
