Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and call.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Follow up already contacted prospects.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Take Ownership of the Sales Department
  • Problem-Solving
  • Timely Actions for resolution

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing preferred.
  •  Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer
  • satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
  • Exceptional Negotiation Skills & Convincing Power.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Punctual and Confident.
  • Self-starter with high Motivation

Job Details:

Experience: 2 -3 + Years

Work Timings: (10:00 am to 6: 30 pm)

Work Days: Monday - Friday
