Job Description:

Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a Pakistan based M&E, Research and Technical Assistance/Consultancy organization. Our team expertise includes public health specialists, social scientists, Infectious Disease and MNCH-FP researchers, epidemiologists, statisticians, economists, advocacy and policy experts, and survey management. Since 2010, RADS has worked in 120+ districts of Pakistan with national and international donors, governments, and civil society partners.


RADS provides quality primary and secondary research, 360-degree survey and data management, scientifically standardized analysis, third-party monitoring, and impact evaluation services along with short-term technical assistance and consultancy.


Position Description:      


The overall objective is to lead and give strategic direction to the RADS team while developing programs to support the organization\\\\\\\'s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.  This position will also oversee developing budgets and operating plans for programs and responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies.


Responsibilities The following tasks and responsibilities:


Project Management



  • Ensure the execution of all ongoing programs, ensuring that budgets and deadlines are being adhered to.

  • Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of project services.

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

  • Lead and evaluate team managers, ensuring they are effectively managing their teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring systems to track and evaluate team efficiency and performance against established OKRs.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance monitoring and project management to continuously refine and enhance monitoring strategies

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.


Implementation & Compliance



  • Manage and implement RADS policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Ensure all project operations relating to compliance including policies and procedures.

  • Manage the everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support.

  • Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for the team.

  • Monitor all implementation requests and administer managers and provide required training for same.

  • Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives and provide support to senior manager.

  • Develop all processes and tools for the project implementation lifecycle identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with technical departments.

  • Maintain all project plans ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.


Minimum Requirement


Qualification:      Advanced degree related to health or MA/MSc/MPhil   


Experience



  • Advanced degree related to health or MA/MSc/MPhil

  • Experience in health care will be plus.
