| Job Description: |
- To pursue and follow-up technical sales of Automation, Controls, Switchgear products to assigned group of industries, clients, regions and/or cities.
- Pay regular visits and coordinate with consultants, switchboard manufacturers, architects, customers and discuss their upcoming projects / requirements and get orders thereon.
- Liaise with the industrial sales team for sharing information of up-coming projects.
- Perform vigorous follow-ups on project sales with visiting customers and submit reports on success and failure of the projects.
- Provide prompt backup support to customers; give positive response on customer calls, and provide feedback for action taken to resolve queries.
- Ensure the submission of timely reports, documenting sales activities and customer visits.
