Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have to provide customer support and technical assistance by email, live chat support, tickets and by answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Listen to customers\' questions, concerns, and issues with empathy and patience. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support personnel. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.


  • Fluent in speaking English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or phone support is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening skills and writing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Punctual, hardworking , focused and have the abilities to face the challenges and more importantly willing to work for a longer period of time.
