Role includes 

• Arranging flights 
• Advising clients on travel arrangements, 
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes.
• Dealing with complaints or refunds
• Contacting customers when their tickets arrive.
• Informing customers of any changes such as cancelled flights, and arranging alternatives.
• Make and confirm reservations for passengers and sell tickets for different airlines.
• Give schedule information and ticketing information
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• The selected candidate will be required to serve customers over the phone only.
