Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and applications for both web and mobile platforms.

2. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in web and mobile design.

3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.

4. Create wireframes, storyboards, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.

5. Work closely with the UI/UX team to create designs that enhance user experience and optimize usability.

6. Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to stakeholders.

7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and enhance the overall quality of our products.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in web graphic design.

2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma (preferred), and wireframe design tools.

4. A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and branding.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

8. A passion for learning and staying current with the latest design trends.
