Job Description:

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our Product Development team and to help us automate repetitive tasks for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing and testing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers. You will also be expected to learn and perform the task that is being automated to understand the data sets and the use case.

Your attention to detail will assist you in completing quality assurance tasks as well as preparing large data sets to be sent to vendors for lettering and email distribution. Your knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of databases and SQL will help you complete tasks efficiently and accurately. The goal is to automate the QA of these large files with python to save the client time and prevent human error.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements.
• Writing scalable code using Python programming language.
• Testing and debugging applications.
• Developing back-end components.
• Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests.
• Integrating data storage solutions.
• Coordinating with front-end developers.
• Reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality.
• Preparing large data sets daily
• Performing quality assurance on data sets created by others
• Time-management and prioritizing certain tasks based on urgency
• Using stored procedures and readymade queries to run reports on SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Maintain data confidentiality
• Understand data formatting in excel

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer.
• At least 1 year Hands on experience of MS SQL Server
• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft excel
• A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
• Familiarity with server-side templating languages including Jinja 2 and Mako.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.
• Familiarity with testing tools.
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Shift: Night (6 pm-3 am)
