Job Description: |
- Assist ERP Functional Lead in overseeing functional aspect of the new Order-To-Cash systems implementation and complete assigned tasks on time. (Supply Chain, Oracle Payables)
- Functional implementation level expertise in Oracle HRMS, Payrolls and irecruitment
- Prepare Functional documents and user/ operational manuals.
- Assist ERP Functional Lead facilitate meetings and direct said meeting as applicable.
- Develop an area of expertise within the allocated domain in due course of time.
- Learn overall business operations and help develop innovative solutions to improve productivity.
- Lead collaboration with integration and data teams and assist said teams to document integration, conversion requirements and designs.
- Test core functionalities, new enhancements and production defect resolution.
- Assist with project communications, scheduling and logistics
- Assist key users in testing new functionality, documenting and retaining ERP knowledge.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of business practice and Oracle EBS functionality in the area
- Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements and GAP Analysis
- Functional Knowledge of relevant Oracle EBS Modules
- Oracle EBS configuration and Implementation Skills
Qualifications
- ACCA/ Bachelor Degree in Commerce or IT-related field required
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
