Tech Hunt is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Proactively identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even in challenging situations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
