We are looking for experienced and fresh "Call Center Agent" for a US-based campaign.The primary focus of the role is to work with the customer support team. A customer support representative's responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. Outstanding verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build relationships with customers.Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.

Job timings : Mon to Fri ( 9:00 PM TO 6:00 AM)
