Job Description: |
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist with their queries
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Keep track of customer orders and provide status updates as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved them
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing team
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales and customer service processes and protocols
