Job Description:
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist with their queries
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Keep track of customer orders and provide status updates as needed
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved them
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing team
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales and customer service processes and protocols
